• The only clear exemption to this are John's painting demonstrations that he has provided for the purpose of artists who would like to copy his work as a help to further their painting skills. After all that is the reason why he has provided them in the first place.

• The way to view copyright is easy, if it were your site would you like it if someone pinched your stuff. If you want an image please just ask.

• Privacy details:

• We keep no record of any visitors to the site at all, when we get e-mails from visitors John or myself reply to them all and then they are transferred onto external media, they are then deleted from the computer.

• The only automated tracking is the visitor stats software and the affiliate address's.
